Shipping Policy

THE CROWN ELECTRONICS delivers across Pakistan. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your city and the product size — typically 2–7 working days for major cities, and longer for remote areas. Shipping charges (if any) are confirmed before you pay, based on destination and weight. Large items such as refrigerators, washing machines, and ACs may require special handling; our team will coordinate a suitable delivery window with you. Free delivery on qualifying orders is available for Rawalpindi and Islamabad only. Orders to all other cities are charged the standard delivery fee regardless of order value. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and inspect packaging on arrival. If the outer carton is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us immediately with photos so we can assist.
